Petroleum Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities within petroleum trading
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers and mandate holders
• Assist in transaction follow-ups and negotiations
• Maintain communication with international clients

Requirements

• Experience in sales, trading or oil & gas industry preferred
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Ability to work independently
• Basic understanding of petroleum products is an advantage
• English communication required

Trading & Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation and transaction processes
• Liaise with suppliers, buyers, logistics and inspection companies
• Monitor shipment schedules and operational activities
• Support management in daily coordination activities

Requirements

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Experience in shipping, logistics, commodity trading or operations preferred
• Good communication and documentation handling skills
• Attention to detail

Documentation & Compliance Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize trade-related documents
• Assist with due diligence and verification processes
• Coordinate documentation with external parties
• Maintain accurate internal records

Requirements

• Good administrative and documentation skills
• Knowledge of trade documentation is an advantage
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
